SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The promoter is Emerging Writers’ Festival whose registered office is at the Wheeler Centre 176 Little Lonsdale Street MELBOURNE 3000.
  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years or over, except employees and Board members of Emerging Writers’ Festival and their immediate relatives.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Details of how to enter are stated in the original post.
  5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  6. Closing date for entry is stated in the competition post. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as stated in the post.
  9. The prize is as follows: The prize is as stated in the post and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  10. The winner/s will be chosen randomly (unless otherwise stated in the post) and notified via the social media platform the competition ran on. If the winner/s cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner/s and pick a replacement winner.
  11. Emerging Writers’ Festival will notify the winner/s when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
