Impostor syndrome – you’ve heard of it? Combating a lack of confidence can’t always be solved with conventional advice – and not fitting the box you’ve been given isn’t on you. Learn how to quiet your inner critic and communicate your craft and practice effectively, with a practical session offering insight into writing a killer bio, making connections in your industry, crafting an elevator pitch for projects and seeking out opportunities.

Burnout is rife in the creative industries, but it takes practice to learn that the answer is not simply to work harder, faster or better – sometimes it’s simply to work less. This session will cover practical tips for balancing life, family, leisure, work and your creative passions without burning the candle at both ends.
