Gemma Mahadeo

Gemma Mahadeo is a writer and occasional musician, who came to Australia in 1987, and has lived in England, and the Philippines. Her recent work has appeared in Archer, the Australian Poetry Journal, Djed Press, n-SCRIBE, and Rabbit Poetry Journal. She edits reviews for the Melbourne Spoken Word website, and is currently working on a poetry collection based on hospitalisations and chronic health issues and its treatment. She blogs about beer, tea and zines when able.
